The syndication desk works primarily as support function to the Corporate & International Banking Divisions within Bahrain office. The desk offers its clients a full range of financing solutions including origination, structuring & distribution. In addition, it acts as Syndication Agent, Security Agent and Bond Trustee. The desk also co-ordinates the bank’s wholesale borrowing programmes. It provides support to the relationship units within the bank/ branches, and assist with the origination and structuring of syndicated financing on behalf of government entities, Financial institutions and corporate clients, as well as project and structured financing.
