BK customers can now obtain loans online with the launch of the Interactive Loan service on the Bank’s portal www.bbkonline.com.
Using an interactive, user-friendly wizard, customers can now complete an online form and receive a response within 24 hours of submitting their loan request.
This ‘click-of-a-button’ service offers customers an alternative to the conventional loan application procedure. Once the loan request has been processed, customer service representatives contact the clients through their preferred contact method, and advise them on the required documentation to complete the processing of the loan.
Customers only need to visit their nearest branch to present the documents and seal the loan. No further forms need to be completed at the branch.
This new service is one of BBK’s initiatives to enhance customer-oriented service, providing lower interest rates and time-saving processing of the loan. Moreover, the convenience of having access to this facility 24 hours, 7 days a week, means that customers can conduct their banking transactions at their own convenience.
