Easy steps when receiving money:

Your sender will notify you about the amount of money sent, the Money Transfer Control Number, and the information regarding the test question if any.
 Once the sender notifies you, go to your nearest Western Union agent location, provide identification and fill out the form, “To Receive Money”. Be sure to include the sender’s name, country of origin, the amount expected, and the Money Transfer Control Number.
The Western Union agent will enter the computer and check that the money has been sent.
