Once Merchants sign with Bahrainpay, they are provided with a Merchant ID and password that will allow them to access their account and perform the below:

1.    View their Merchant Profile; the Company’s details, and terminal details. Merchants however cannot make modifications themselves. They have to contact the Merchant’s admin/manager.

2.    View the System’s info options in which they are used to retrieve system news, frequent asked questions and answers, merchant guidelines, and link information.

3.    View Transaction options that are used to retrieve transaction reports, conduct searches for specific cards or names, and control batch processing.

4.    View the Developers menu in which it provides a variety of tools, documentation, software development kits, and source code that provide developers with the resources needed to integrate real time credit card processing into their clients commerce systems.

5.    View the user menu in which it is used to set user's preferences and changing the user's password.
