The Agents are available on Saturday through Thursday from 7.30am until 8.00pm to attend customers’ calls on 17207777 in which they are able to handle both the Banking and Card businesses as well utility payments. Furthermore, they have access to full information of the customers in which Agents shall keep customers’ personal and account information confidential and shall not disclose to any unauthorized persons.
