Internet Retail Banking services enables its customers to conduct retail and card based banking transactions through the Internet.

BBK customers can access Internet Retail Banking by using their CPR number and their ePIN number providing the user a choice of convenient and safe banking options

To obtain an ePIN number, customers need to fill out a form and fill out the necessary details. The customers are to hand in the form to the nearest branch. Once customers obtain the ePIN, they can access any of the following electronic delivery channels:

• e-Bank
• Telebank
• Contact Center
