SMS Banking is an information and communication channel with the customers. It has two main types of transactions; Push & Pull. Push is to get Automated SMS (PUSH) Notifications for certain events. Pull is Sending SMS Codes to 4111 to get real time information.

As an introductory offer customers will be able to enjoy sending 5 free messages per day. This will be offered through “My SMS” section under SMS @ our Internet Retail Banking.

Customers may also send any regular types of inquiry by sending SMS to 4111 which will be handled and attended by the Contact Center Team.
