Make bill payments: Telephone, Electricity, Water or BBK Credit Card. Make payment of telephone bills through Credit Card Transfer funds between the various accounts within the Bank or outside. Request your current cycle and quarterly account statement by fax or mail. Change your Telebank PIN to a PIN of your choice. Request cheque books. Get the Foreign Exchange rates of the day. Get new product information. Report lost / stolen credit cards. Receive the previous month´s Credit Card statement by fax. Receive Credit Card transactions by fax. Ask for product application forms for Credit Cards, Car & Consumer Loans, Saving & Current Accounts and more... and have them sent to you by fax.
