With a Customer ID and ePIN, customers can access any of BBK's e-channels: Internet Retail Banking, Telebanking, Mobile Banking, and the Contact Center.

The ePIN will give customers access to Accounts and Credit Card summary information, print out of Account and Credit Card statements, payment of utility bills, conduct transfers within the bank and outside the bank, and much more.
