January 1982 was the year in which my banking career started, when I joined Bank of Bahrain and Kuwait as an Officer in the Credit Department. With on-going training and development programmes at BBK, both internal and external, I managed to achieve my main objective.

My objective has always been to acquire knowledge, experience and skills and my dream was realized when I was given the opportunity to work in different disciplines of the bank where I acquired knowledge and experience. Today, I am a Senior Manager in the Retail Banking Division.

BBK ensured not only to develop my skills and abilities through training courses and workshops but also sponsored me for the Executive Management Program at the University of Bahrain.
This programme was extremely useful and helped me to enhance my background in the management area.

I am proud to be a member of this successful organization that has a clear vision in terms of growth and development of its business as well as its staff.
