SMS Banking is an information and communication channel with the customers. It has two main types of transactions; Push & Pull. Push is to get Automated SMS (PUSH) Notifications for certain events. Pull is Sending SMS Codes to 6330505 to get real time information.
As an introductory offer customers will be able to enjoy sending 5 free messages per day. This will be offered through “My SMS” section under SMS @ eBank on www.bbkonline.com.kw .
Customers may also send regular type of inquiries by sending SMS to 6330505, which will be handled and attended by the eCall Center Team.
