BBK individual account holders can generate their own ePIN online. The ePIN will allow you access to your account information and conduct banking transactions through the following e-channels: Internet Retail Banking, Telebanking, and the Contact Center.

1	Access www.bbkonline.com
2	Select ‘ePIN Online Generation’ located under eServices
3	Select the 'Enter' button
4	Enter the required details
5	Select the 'Next' button
6	Enter your ‘BBK Debit Card Number’ and ‘BBK Debit Card PIN’
7	Enter your desired 6 to 8 digits ePIN by using the onscreen number pad
LAST	Re-enter the desired ePIN as confirmation then click on the ‘Next’ button
Congratulations! You have successfully created your ePIN! You can now access Internet Retail banking and use Telebanking.
