Authorization Password

An Authorization Password, a second security number, serves as an extra security measure when setting up beneficiaries and/or requesting cheque books through BBK’s Internet Retail Banking. Authorization Password requests are submitted online and delivered to your registered mailing address.

Requesting a New Authorization Password

Top  

1 Access www.bbkonline.com  
2 Click on ‘Retail login’ under Internet Banking  
3 Login to Internet Retail Banking by entering your Customer ID and ePIN*
4 Under Preferences, select Authorization Password
5 Click on ‘Click here’ to request for a new Authorization Password
6         Click on the 'Submit' button

 

Congratulations!
Your request for new Authorization Password has been created.
The authorization password will be sent to you by post within one week.

 

Changing an Authorization Password

Top 

1 Access www.bbkonline.com  
2 Click on ‘Retail login’ under Internet Banking  
3 Login to Internet Retail Banking by entering your Customer ID and ePIN
4 Under Preferences, select Authorization Password
5 Enter the current Authorization Password using the onscreen number pad on the right
6 Re-enter your desired Authorization password as confirmation
7 Click on the 'Submit' button

 

Congratulations!
You have successfully changed your Authorization Password.
You will now be able to add beneficiaries and request for Cheque Books.

 

*ePIN is a 6-8 digit number used to access the Internet Retail Banking, Telebanking, SMS (My Profile), eStatement and Mobile banking. If you do not have an ePIN, please click here and follow the instructions to generate an ePIN to access your account online.
