An Authorization Password, a second security number, serves as an extra security measure when setting up beneficiaries and/or requesting cheque books through BBK’s Internet Retail Banking. Authorization Password requests are submitted online and delivered to your registered mailing address.

Login to Internet Retail Banking by entering your Customer ID and ePIN* |

Under Preferences, select Authorization Password |

Click on ‘Click here’ to request for a new Authorization Password |

Click on the 'Submit' button |

Congratulations!
Your request for new Authorization Password has been created.
The authorization password will be sent to you by post within one week.

Under Preferences, select Authorization Password |

Enter the current Authorization Password using the onscreen number pad on the right |

Re-enter your desired Authorization password as confirmation |

Click on the 'Submit' button |

Congratulations!
You have successfully changed your Authorization Password.
You will now be able to add beneficiaries and request for Cheque Books. |
