Create and Transfer to beneficiaries through Internet Retail Banking by using an Authorization Password to facilitate transfer of funds from your personal account to any other account within BBK, Bahrain or abroad. |

Click on ‘Retail login’ under Internet Banking |

Login to Internet Retail Banking by entering your Customer ID and ePIN* |

Under Transfers – Preset Instructions, select Beneficiary Maintenance |

Click on the 'New' button |

Select Internal or External
*Internal: Beneficiary BBK accounts
*External: Beneficiary accounts in local or international banks.

Enter required beneficiary details
*Internal: Click on verify to validate the entered beneficiary account

Click on the 'Submit' button |

Enter the Authorization Password by using the onscreen number pad on the right |

Congratulations!
Transaction processed successfully!
Your Beneficiary request will remain status till the Bank contacts you to verify the inserted information. |

| Transfer your funds to any other account within BBK, Bahrain or abroad. You must first create Pre-Set Instructions through Internet Retail Banking by using an Authorization Password. |

Click on the ‘Retail login’ under Internet Banking |

Login to Internet Retail Banking by entering your Customer ID and ePIN |

Under Transfers then Pre-Set Instructions, select Transfer |

Select the Beneficiary you want to transfer to, the account you want to transfer from, transfer amount and currency |

Click on the 'Submit' button |

Click on the 'Confirm' button |

You have successfully created a beneficiary transfer request.
