Markaz – BBK US Industrial Realty Investment Unit – I is a close-ended fund specialising in investing in “institutional quality” warehouses/distribution centres in the US. The portfolio of income-producing real property investments consists of 12 properties and is leased to 20 predominantly creditworthy clients with operations in diversified industries, across seven states.

Description
MARKAZ – BBK US Retail Realty Investment Unit – III is a close-ended fund investing in predominantly grocer anchored retail properties in the US and benefit from a steady stream of cash income which will be paid to investors on a monthly basis. The Portfolio consists of 13 retail centres with a Gross Leasable Area (GLA) of approximately 1.63 million square feet located in five states. The Portfolio is 94% leased and anchor tenants occupy 72% of GLA.
The Fund is expected to generate a cash yield of 8.5% p.a. and an expected IRR of 9.0% p.a.

Description
This investment product is a close-ended fund investing in the US property sector and specifically in the development of multi-storey apartments while earning coupon payments and reaping substantial capital gains. The investment is also consistent with the principles of Islamic Shari'ah.
