Step 1: Dial 17214444.
Step 2: Listen to the greeting messages in English and Arabic.
Step 3: Select the language.
Step 4: Enter your CPR number.
Step 5: Enter your existing ePIN.
Step 6: Select the service you require.
Note: When using Telebanking please ensure that you enter your correct CPR number and your existing ePIN number.

- Get new product information.
- Report lost/stolen credit cards.
- Receive the previous month´s Credit Card statement by fax.
- Receive Credit Card transactions by fax.
- Ask for product application forms for Credit Cards, Car & Consumer Loans, Saving & Current Accounts and more... and have them sent to you by fax.
