Card member is responsible to provide correct information and should write a valid card number in the deposit form. BBK may reject such payments if card number is incorrect.
Should a Cardmember wish to settle a bill that is not denominated in Bahraini Dinars, currently BBK will convert your bill into the equivalent in Bahraini Dinars at the prevailing BBK foreign exchange rate. Alternatively, you may also call American Express Customer Services on +973 17 557755 where a an American Express Customer Service Representative will advise you on the Bahraini Dinar equivalent of your due balance per American Express’ conversion rates.
Once your payment has been made, we will provide you with a Payment Deposit Receipt. Please be sure to retain this Receipt for your personal records. In the event of a dispute, we must insist that this Receipt is provided.
