EFTS Quick Inquiry

 

Create new Quick Inquiry template
​1Access www.bbkonline.com.
2Click on the ‘Retail login’ under Internet Banking 
3Log in to Internet Retail Banking by entering your Customer ID and ePIN*
4From the main menu under 'EFTS', select 'Quick Inquiry'.
​5​Select the Biller, Service type and Inquiry Method for the Subscriber/Bill Number you want to inquire about then click on the 'Add Biller' button.
6Fill the required information by entering the Subscriber/Bill Number and the selected Inquiry Method.
​7Enter the Quick Inquiry Template Name and Description.
​8Click on the 'Submit' button.
​9To inquire about multiple billers, repeat steps 5 and 6.

           

Execute Quick Inquiry template
​1Access www.bbkonline.com.
2Click on the ‘Retail login’ under Internet Banking 
3Log in to Internet Retail Banking by entering your Customer ID and ePIN*
4From the main menu under 'EFTS', select 'Quick Inquiry'.
​5Select the radio button for the template you want to execute.
6Select the 'Execute' button.
​7Click on the 'Submit' button.

 

Edit Quick Inquiry template
​1Access www.bbkonline.com.
2Click on the ‘Retail login’ under Internet Banking 
3Log in to Internet Retail Banking by entering your Customer ID and ePIN*
4From the main menu under 'EFTS', select 'Quick Inquiry'.
​5Select the radio button of the template you want to edit.
6Select the 'Edit' button.
​7Edit the details you want to change.

To add a bill:

8.1 Select Biller, Service Type and Inquiry Method then click on the 'Add Biller' button.

8.2 Fill the required information by entering the Subscriber/Bill Number and the selected Inquiry Method.

​9To delete a bill, click on the delete icon located at the top right corner.

 Click on the 'Submit' button.

 

 

Delete Quick Inquiry template
​1Access www.bbkonline.com.
2Click on the ‘Retail login’ under Internet Banking 
3Log in to Internet Retail Banking by entering your Customer ID and ePIN*
4From the main menu under 'EFTS', select 'Quick Inquiry'.
​5Select the radio button of the template you want to delete.
6Select the 'Delete' button.
​7Click on the 'Confirm' button.

 

 

*ePIN is a 6-8 digit number used to access the Internet Banking, Mobile Banking,  SMS Banking, Telebanking and eStatement. If you do not have an ePIN, please click here and follow the instructions to generate an ePIN to access your account online.
