EFTS Request Status

1       Access www.bbkonline.com  
2Click on the ‘Retail login’ under Internet Banking 
3Log in to Internet Banking by entering your Customer ID and ePIN*
4From the main menu under 'EFTS', select 'Request Status'.
5Enter EFTS Reference ID.
6 Click on the 'Submit' button

 

The statuses that will appear to the customers are:

  • Successful: "The request has been sent successfully to the Biller or Beneficiary bank. For more information concerning the status of your request, please contact the Biller for Fawateer transactions or the Beneficiary Bank for Fawri+ and Fawri transactions."
  • Rejected:  "The request has been rejected. For more information, please contact +97317207777 or e-mail [email protected]"
