3 | Log in to Internet Banking by entering your Customer ID and ePIN* | |
4 | Under Payments, select Electricity and Water
then Bill Payment *If you did not previously add the bill number, then click on the ‘Add Utility’ button. | |
5 | Select the bill you want to post payment to, the account you want to transfer from and enter the payment amount | |
6 | Click on the 'Submit' button | |
7 | Click on the 'Confirm' button | |
Congratulations! You have successfully paid to your Electricity and Water bill number. |
