1. Login by entering Customer ID and ePIN or by using fingerprint and/or facial recognition.
Select the menu icon
then go to ‘EFTS Services’ or from the account’s shortcut in the Overview screen.
3. Select ‘Beneficiary Maintenance’ from the submenu to add a new local beneficiary.
Tap on the
add button at the bottom.
5. Enter the required details.
6. Tap On the ‘Submit’ button.
7. Tap on ‘Confirm’ button after reviewing the entered detail. The request will remain pending until bank approval.
• For Dual Factor Registered customers using Smartphone application method, Tap on the ‘Transaction OTP’, which will automatically generate the TOTP and fill the field in Mobile App. Tap on ‘Confirm’ button to proceed and the request will be approved immediately.
