Remove account

To remove an account from Open Banking platform, please follow the below steps:

  1. Log into BBK Mobile App by entering your Customer ID and ePIN.
  2. Go to Open Banking in the Main Menu.  
  3. Select the dots next to the account you want to delete, then select the ‘Delete Account’ option.
