Express International Transfer

  1. After successful login, go 'Transfers'.

  2. Select 'Express international transfer' from the menu.

  3. Select the account you want to transfer 'From'.

  4. Select or enter the beneficiary you want to transfer to.
    - Registered Beneficiary;
    - New Transfer: Enter the required beneficiary details. You can save this beneficiary after the transaction is successfully completed as the last step.

  5. Select the 'Country' you wish to transfer money to.
  6. Select the channel based on the selected country only in 'Delivery Channel' section, as some countries might offer 'Bank Account" only while others might offer all three:

    - Bank Account
    - Mobile Wallet
    - Cash Pick-up

  7. Select the beneficiary bank, branch and additional fields.

  8. Select the currency and amount for the transfer amount.

  9. A pop-up message will appear requesting confirmation of your personal details.

  10. Review the transfer request, amount and fee breakdown (amount to be sent, exchange rate, discounted fees if applied, VAT and the total amount to be debited from your selected account).

  11. Confirm to execute the transfer request, with note on the disclaimer related to the quote timer for the exchange rate as your request will automatically get reset should you exceed the timer deadline before the transaction is fully executed.
  12. Submit to execute your request.

    Note: Additionally, is to check the full transfer details "both, the financial details and the beneficiary details"  for accuracy and then confirm to execute the transfer request, with note on the disclaimer related to the quote timer for the exchange rate as your request will automatically get reset should you exceed the timer deadline before the transaction is fully executed.

Requests initiated from Online Banking channel, or additional trusted devices will require authentication. The authentication methods are:

  • Approval from the primary device
    Open the push notification while logged into BBK Mobile App using your primary device then tap on 'Approve'.

  • SMS One-Time passcode (OTP) sent to your registered contact number.
    Insert the received SMS OTP into the channel you are currently using then select 'Continue'.
