1. Mobile App: After successful login, select your initials on the top left corner to view your profile.
Online Banking: After successful login, go to 'Other'.
2. Select 'Personal information'.
3. Select 'My Devices'.
4. View all devices assigned to you, and you have the options to:
- Approve registration of an additional device
- Promote a device to become the new primary device
- Block or Delete a device
5. All changes to devices requires authentication through a push notification sent to the primary device, or SMS One-Time passcode (OTP) sent to your registered contact number.
