  1. After successful login, go to 'Payments'.
  2. Select 'Zain'' from the menu.
  3. Select one of the services:


Bill Inquiry
Conduct real-time bill inquiry.
    1. Enter ZAIN IVR PIN and subscriber number to get the outstanding amount instantly.
    2. You can select 'Proceed to payment' to pay the outstanding amount.

Bill Payment

Conduct real-time bill payment from account and credit card.

    1. Enter the subscriber number you want to pay to.
    2. Select the 'Account' or 'card' you want to pay from.
    3. Enter the amount you want to pay.
    4. Submit then confirm your request.

Prepaid Top-up

Conduct real-time top-up to prepaid subscriber numbers from account and credit card.

    1. Enter the subscriber number you want to pay to.
    2. Select the 'Account' or 'card' you want to pay from.
    3. Select the amount you want to top-up.
    4. Submit then confirm your request.

Requests initiated from Online Banking channel, or additional trusted devices will require authentication. The authentication methods are:
  • Approval from the primary device
    Open the push notification while logged into BBK Mobile App using your primary device then tap on 'Approve'.

  • SMS One-Time passcode (OTP) sent to your registered contact number.
    Insert the received SMS OTP into the channel you are currently using then select 'Continue'.
