American Express

​

  1. After successful login, go to the 'Payments'.
  2. Select AMEX Cards from the menu
  3. Enter the American Express card number you want to pay to.
  4. Select the account you want to pay 'From'.
  5. Select the currency and enter the 'Amount'.
  6. Submit then confirm your request.


All payment requests will require authentication. The authentication methods are:

  • Approval from the primary device
    Open the push notification while logged into BBK Mobile App using your primary device then tap on 'Approve'.

  • SMS One-Time passcode (OTP) sent to your registered contact number.
    Insert the received SMS OTP into the channel you are currently using then select 'Continue'.
