Stop & reactivate BBK Debit card

Stop BBK Debit Card
  1. After successful login, go to 'Cards'.
  2. Under 'BBK cards' section, select the desired card.
  3. Select the card you want to stop, and click on 'Stop card'.
  4. Select the reason for stopping the card. i.e., lost, stolen or suspicious of fraud.
  5. Submit then confirm your request.



Reactivate BBK Debit Card
  1. After successful login, go to 'Cards'.
  2. Under 'BBK cards' section, select the desired card.
  3. Select the card you want to reactivate, and click on 'Reactivate card'.
  4. Submit then confirm your request.
