Do your banking at the click of a button. Our Internet banking service enables you to conduct retail and
card-based transactions through the Internet. Once registered, you can access Internet retail banking
by using your CPR number and your ePIN number, which provides a safe and convenient way to bank.

 How to access Internet Banking

Log onto your Internet Retail Banking Account with your Customer ID and ePIN. This allows you to
gain access to your personal accounts in a convenient, safe and highly secure environment.

 How to obtain access to Internet Banking

Your ePIN can be generated online in three very simple steps:

  1. Select ePIN Online Generation under eServices
  2. Enter you CPR number, name and email address, and then accept the disclaimer.
  3. Enter your personal Debit card number, Debit card pin and the desired ePIN.

    With these easy two steps, you can instantly gain access to your accounts, without the need
    to go to the bank! You may use this service at any time when requesting a new ePIN, or even
    in case you forget it.

    Note: This service is available to individual BBK customers who have been issued BBK Debit cards

Once you’ve successfully obtained an ePIN, you can immediately access your accounts through any
of the below e-channels and enjoy the host of services provided by BBK.

  Inquiries:

  • Obtain account summary.
  • Obtain balance inquiry.

 Transfers:

  • Transfers in real-time 
    • Transfer funds between personal accounts.
    • Transfers to other internal BBK accounts.
  •  Transfer to external bank accounts
    • Transfer funds to local non-participant EFTS banks (regular bank charges apply)
      Transfer funds to local accounts with a foreign transfer currency (regular bank charges apply).
      International Banks (regular bank charges apply).
  • Beneficiaries may be registered online under ‘Transfer – Preset Instructions - Beneficiary Maintenance’ in Internet Banking by using the ‘Transaction One Time Password’ generated by ‘BBK Pass’, the ‘Authorization Password’ received via mail or  by visiting any of BBK’s branches or Financial Malls and filling out the relevant application form.
  • Conduct transfers from your personal account to any account in India by using eRemittance
    • Beneficiaries may be registered online under ‘Transfer – eRemittance - Beneficiary Maintenance’ in Internet Banking by using the ‘Transaction One Time Password’ generated by ‘BBK Pass’ or the ‘Authorization Password’ received via mail.
  • Easily top-up your Al Hayrat accounts with multiples of 50 BD in real-time

 Electronic Funds Transfer System (EFTS) service:

  • Fawri+ : Near real-time funds transfer service which allows individuals or entities to transfer funds of up to BD 1,000 per day in less than 30 seconds. The service is active 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
  • Fawri: Deferred settlement funds transfer service which allows individuals or entities to transfer any amount of money within just a few hours of the business day
  • Fawateer: Make real-time bill payments from your account to the available listed Billers.
  • Fawateer Inquiry: Conduct bill inquiries.
  • Quick Payment: Set up and save your frequent bill payments and transfers for a faster and more convenient experience.
  • Quick Inquiry: Set up and save your frequent bill inquiries for a faster and more convenient experience.
  • Request Status: Check the status of your EFTS transaction by entering the EFTS Reference ID.


 CrediMax (Credit Card Services):

  • View balance 
  • Check current month’s transactions 
  • Obtain statement (up to last six months) 
  • Make real-time credit card bill payment
  • Stop personal and supplementary credit card
  • Maintain supplementary cards limit

  • Change address by selecting any of your accounts/cards to update.

  • Customer Profile : Update your profile and contact information
  • Personalization : Customize Internet Retail Banking as per your preference in terms of information display and theme
  • Dual Factor Authentication: Add an extra step to your basic login process using 'BBK Pass' to generate a Time Password (OTP) by using the Smartphone application or sent to your mobile phone.
  • Login ePIN : Change your ePIN by entering your current ePIN and selecting a new numeric password
  • Authorization Password : Change or request for a new Authorization password
