(MENAFN) Dubai’s top developer Emaar Properties has launched the Sky View tower in Downtown Dubai this year, Emirates 24/7 reported.
The 50-storey building is Emaar’s second Address Residence branded property in Dubai and was designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, architects of the Burj Khalifa.
The 230-metre tower will have 532 serviced apartments fully furnished with floor-to-ceiling windows and will be linked directly to the Dubai Metro and The Dubai Mall via a new air-conditioned travelator. The Sky View will also include a 180-key business hotel.
Emaar said it will hold the launch of the new tower simultaneously in Dubai and Riyadh, in a bid to attract more Saudi investors.
Emaar had launched a 72-storey The Address The BVLD hotel and serviced apartment tower in September last year, with 200 hotel rooms and 523 serviced residences. The tower is scheduled for completion in 2015.
