(MENAFN) The government of Dubai said that inflation reached less than 1% in April which is low, reported Times of Oman.
The government explained that housing got the biggest rate at 0.8%, while real estate companies reveal annual increases in rents and home prices.
This rate; however, does not make the living in the city cheap, especially for the expatriates.
Some experts say that Emiratis do not experience the high cost of living, because they don’t rent, they got free access to government schools, and they receive help with bills.
