An AMEX cardholder can settle their outstanding bills by paying cash, check, or Account Debit* in Bahraini Dinars.

*The Account Debit Instruction Facility is available to BBK customers only.

Yes, but for security purposes, please ensure that the messenger only has your Statement and the payment; your card should always remain with you.

There is no minimum payment settlement limit; however, the maximum amount you can settle at a BBK branch is BD 3,500 per transaction. If you wish to settle an amount greater than BD 3,500, please visit the American Express Front Office in Al Moayyed Tower, Seef.

BBK has the right to reject payments if the card number is incorrect. Please note that the cardholder is responsible for providing accurate information, including what is written on the deposit form. 

In such cases, BBK will convert your bill into the equivalent in Bahraini Dinars at BBK’s prevailing foreign exchange rate. Alternatively, you may call American Express Customer Services at +973 17 557755 to know the Bahraini Dinar equivalent of your due balance per American Express’ conversion rates.
