If you have received an SMS or letter from BBK on the matter then that means that our records show that you have outdated information and/or identification documents with the Bank.
Therefore, we would appreciate if you kindly arrange to do the following:
Please click on the link (https://e.bbkonline.com/kyc/) to update your outdated information electronically through our Customer Information Update portal and upload the required identification and supporting documents (where applicable). Alternatively, please fill in and sign the Retail Customer Information Update Form (click here to generate the form), attach two valid identification documents (your CPR and Passport along with the residence permit page wherever applicable), supporting documents for the residential address such as a Telephone Bill, Electricity Bill or an ID that shows your address and to submit them via one of the below channels:
At your nearest BBK branch in order to update your full personal information with BBK. You can either:
– Drop them off at the dedicated drop boxes provided in all Branches and Financial Malls (available 24/7 at all financial malls).
– Acquire assistance from a customer service representative.

Customer Information Update Form – Legal Entity.
KYC (Know your customer) for Authorized Signatories form, in which information about authorized persons is requested.
Valid CR copy.
Two valid ID copies, one being the CPR/Smart Card and the other, Passport or other Identification document of the owner(s) and authorized signatories.
Submit the following documentations if any changes have been made in the last 3 years:
– Memorandum and Articles of Association.
– Board resolution regarding the Account(s).
– Authorized signatories list with signatures specimen.
