Event Ticket Cancellation
Do you need to back out of an event due to unavoidable circumstances? Don’t worry about cancellation charges because when you book an event with your Infinite Card, you will be reimbursed for non-attendance due to severe unforeseen illness, injury, death, accidents, delays, or other acts of nature. This policy covers up to US$ 250 per ticket and US$ 1,000 per occurrence for events such as (but not limited to) sporting events, concerts, exhibitions, educational tours, cultural shows, cinema, theater shows, theme parks, or military displays.

Loyalty Rewards Terms & Conditions
Customer is entitled to loyalty points upon activating the card and making the first transaction within a maximum period of 30 days from the card issuance date, and loyalty points shall be processed within 45 days from the date of the transaction.
Lounge Access Terms & Conditions
Eligibility condition: International transaction value of USD 1 within 90 days prior to benefit usage
Guest eligibility: Maximum of one guest per visit
Number of usages allowed before eligibility condition: No usage allowed if eligibility condition is not met
Total number of usages per calendar year after qualifying eligibility condition: Unlimited
