Al Haddabi added that freight volume at Abu Dhabi International Airport jumped by 25 percent in January, reaching 48,875 tons.
Meanwhile, aircraft movements posted an on-year gain of 12.6 percent, to a total of 11,119.
In the month, the main 5 routes from the airport were Bangkok, London, Doha, Manila and Bahrain.
