Abu Dhabi’s NPCC, India’s ONGC ink USD150m deal

(MENAFN) Abu Dhabi’s National Petroleum Construction Company’s (NPCC) Chief Executive Officer, Aqeel Madhi, reported that the company had secured a contract with India’s Oil and Natural Gas Corp (ONGC) for works in the Mumbai High Field, reported WAM.

According to Madhi, the contract is worth USD150 million and involves engineering, procurement, construction manufacturing, transportation, installation and trial run for five offshore rigs.

The CEO added that the new project comes as the company is working on realizing its vision for expansions in Saudi Arabia, Angola, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Nigeria, and Southeast Asia.
