(MENAFN) A 20 percent net profit increase for Air Arabia to USD16.05 million was recorded during the first quarter, reported Emirates 24/7.
The company provided services to 4 new destinations during the first three months.
In the period, the airline carried 1.4 million passengers, which is 18 percent higher than last year’s number.
The company is expecting a strong operational performance during the second quarter, according to Sheikh Abdullah Bin Mohammad Al Thani, Chairman of Air Arabia.
