Al Habtoor, Starwood ink 3-hotel deal in Dubai

(MENAFN) Starwood Hotels and Resorts inked a deal with Al Habtoor Group to open three hotels in Dubai, Arabian Business reported.
The three hotels include the 241-room St Regis Dubai, the 384-room W Dubai and a 966 room The Westin Dubai, all scheduled to open in 2017.
CEO Mohammed Al Habtoor said that the group’s affiliate Al Habtoor Leighton Group would start breaking ground works for the three hotels next month.
In addition to the three hotels, the Habtoor Palace complex, which was disclosed in January, will include 1100-seat theatre, a shopping arcade, tennis and sports academy and multiple-themed restaurant.
