(MENAFN) Asian institutional investors are looking forward to buying Dubai property and fund their USD150 billion that are allocated to invest in global real estate over the following half decade, according to Arabian Business.
CBRE said that Asian investors are focusing on real estate sector to maintain revenues stable although the interest rates and stock markets have significantly dropped.
CBRE Middle East managing director Nick Maclean said: “Dubai”s strategic location between the East and the West, and its rapidly developing real estate market is gaining strong investor appetite from Asia, specifically from China, Malaysia and South Korea.”
He added: “During the past 12 months we have witnessed a significant increase in enquiry levels particularly focused on Dubai income producing assets, driven by an expectation of further growth in rental and capital values.”
