(MENAFN) Range Developments Vice President Mohammed Asaria stated that the Dubai-based company began work on its its new Park Hyatt hotel and resort project on the Carribean island Saint Christopher, reported Arabian Business.
Asaria also said that the planned project will create nearly 350 new jobs on the island. He added that it will cover 2500 acres of land.
The hotel and resort will contain 200 rooms and up to 43 branded residential villas and apartments completed on three phases, the first phase is due to be completed in 2015 according to the company official.
It is worth noting that Saint Christopher is an island in the West Indies. The west side of the island borders the Caribbean Sea, and the eastern coast faces the Atlantic Ocean. Saint Kitts and the neighbouring island of Nevis constitute one country: the Federation of Saint Kitts and Nevis.
