Egypt’s Abraj-Misr to deliver its USD 39mn Florenta

(MENAFN) Egypt’s leading Co. real estate developer Abraj-Misr is planning to deliver its 650-units “Florenta” with whole investments value USD 39mn by the end of 2016.

Additionally, the project is a residential compound that involves whole finished units of areas between 90 meter and 300 meter.

Moreover, it is considered the leader in applying the green architecture, aiming to change each and every material into a useful sustainable product.

The project also has owned many other projects in Egypt worth investments of USD 47.71mn like Florenta, Lavanda and Montana Mall that costs USD 2.16mn.
