EMAAR’S Fairmont residences in Makkah to be handed over

(MENAFN) The giant Emirati developer has started to deliver residences in a luxurious project that has been constructed near Alharam Mosque in Makkah , the hand over includes residences that overlook the Holy Kaaba, Arabian business reported.

Managing director of Emaar Properties Ahmad Al-Matrooshi showed his enthusiasm about the delivery process saying: “It gives us tremendous pride to commence the handover of homes in Emaar Residences at Makkah Clock Tower during the holy month of Ramadan.”

Fairmont hotel includes 316 residences and the gigantic clock tower which is 601m high and considered the world’s tallest hotel. The building is said to be visible from up to 17km away.

Al-Matrooshi added: “These five-star serviced apartments – a first of its kind in the Kingdom – are designed to provide an inspiring experience for residents, who visit or stay in the holy city of Makkah.”
