(MENAFN) Dubai-based Emirates SkyCargo, which is the freight division of Emirates, will boost its capacity on the Tokyo route by 210 tons per week starting June 3, reported Gulf News.
The addition will take place when Emirates begins its new daily non-stop flight between Dubai and Otaku-based Haneda Airport.
Haneda Airport, which handles most of domestic flights from and to Tokyo, has welcomed international planes after the opening of the 4th runway and the international terminal in October 2010.
It is worth mentioning that Haneda, which will become Emirates’ third gateway into Japan, ranked as the 2nd busiest airport in Asia.
