(MENAFN) Oman’s Public Authority for Electricity and Water (PAEW) has launched strategic water and electricity projects in Muscat Governorate during Eid Al Fitr.
In detail, the schemes include connecting the new 1600-mm water transmission pipeline with the Al Amerat water pumping station, and it was done in only one day.
Moreover, PAEW also increased the electricity capacity at the Wadi Adai pumping station to fit the Sultanate’s uprising demand on electricity.
“Other works included valve maintenance at the main water transmission network which feeds the wilayats of Muscat, Al Amerat, Muttrah and Ruwi district”, said PAEW.
