(MENAFN) Qatar Airways’ CEO, Akbar Al Baker, stated that starting February 20, the carrier will boost its daily flights to Bangkok to 4 from the current 3, reported Arabian Business.
Al Baker attributed the move to strong demand for the service, mainly from key markets in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and The Americas.
He added that the additional flight will increase weekly frequencies to the Asian city to 28 non-stop flights.
It is worth noting that Qatar Airways, which operates Bangkok flights via a Boeing 777, serves 122 destinations at the current time.
