(MENAFN) Middle East and GCC countries have an intention to improve their healthcare sector by building hospitals and advanced medical centers, a step towards a boost in healthcare growth in the following years, according to Saudi Gazette.
Saudi Arabia planned to make giant projects to build new hospitals around the Kingdom, and improve hospitals’ systems in order to facilitate reaching patients’ information whenever needed.
The Kingdom’s healthcare budget reached USD27.4 billion in the current year. It is forecasted that the budget will reach USD47.7 billion after four years.
