Saudi Kooheji in USD300m development in Bahrain Bay

(MENAFN) Nama International Real Estate has launched a USD300 million mixed-use project in Bahrain, Arabian Business reported.

The project will be executed through Bahrain Bay Development, a joint venture between Nama International Real Estate and Bahrain Bay Development.

Tariq Al-Kooheji, managing director of Saudi-based Kooheji Global Holding, which owns Nama, will develop KGH Tower at Bahrain Bay in two phases.

Phase 1 includes a four-star hotel with around 175 keys, 120 luxury serviced apartments and high-end commercial office space complemented by a retail zone with multi-storey car park space.

Phase 2 will see the development of a five-star hotel comprising of around 240 rooms.
