Saudi sets up USD39.94m Al-Fursan Int’l Industrial Complex

(MENAFN) Saudi Minister of Commerce and Industry Dr. Tawfiq bin Fawzan Al-Rabiah announced the establishment of a USD39.94 million Al-Fursan International Industrial Complex Company, reported Saudi Press Agency.

Al-Rabiah said that the Rabigh-based firm will be involved in the production of ceramics, porcelains, sanitary wares and table wares.

The endorsement for the establishment of the company comes within the framework of the State’s policy to boost economic activities in different sectors.

It is worth noting that Al-Fursan’s capital is divided into shares, with the nominal value of a share at USD2.66.
