(MENAFN) Tasweek Real Estate Development and Marketing’s CEO, Masood Al Awar, announced that during the current month, the company will deliver its Acacia tower in Malaysia, reported Arabian Business.
Al Awar said that the tower is the first of three the company is developing in the Asian country as part of the Haven Lakeside Residences at a total cost of USD81 million.
He added that the other two towers, Banyan and Cycas, will be finished in August.
The 26-storey towers consist of 497 luxury units, a swimming pool, a club house and running track.
He noted that the bulk of the buyers are from Singapore, China and Malaysia, whereas prices ranged from USD81,859 to USD461,690.
The CEO said that the prices were offered as part of a leasehold contract over a period of 99 years.
It is worth noting that the development is located in the capital of Perak, Ipoh, and is a joint venture with The Haven Company, a Malaysian developer.
