UK’s Rocco Forte to open property in Jeddah

(MENAFN) Rocco Forte, the hotel operator, stated that it would launch a 2-tower property in the Saudi city of Jeddah, the UK-based company’s 12th globally, reported Arabian Business.

The company said that one of the towers will comprise a 19-floor hotel with 209 rooms, while the other will consist of 94 serviced apartments.

The property will also contain a business centre, a ballroom, conference space, and a 1,600 sq m health club with separate male and female facilities, including a 25-metre swimming pool on the roof top.

Furthermore, it will include 3 restaurants and a tea lounge.

It is worth noting that Rocco Forte reported a revenue of over USD13 million from its operations in the region in the financial year 2012/13.
