(MENAFN) Abu Dhabi-based Arab Trade Financing Program (ATFP) said that it has consented to 110 applications for bankrolling various transactions worth $160 million in the first quarter of 2010, Khaleej Times reported.
This was announced by the ATFP in a release following its 82nd board meeting at the ATFP headquarters in Abu Dhabi.
The ATFP has approved the financing of trade deals for its national agencies in all Arab countries worth a total of $7.60 billion since it launched its operations in 1991, it said.
The ATFP?s board highlighted its ongoing efforts to update its online database aiming to boost the competitive edge of Arab products on world markets.
